What can I store with Rizen Signs?
We can store your real estate sign panels, posts, directionals, riders, and other related signage.
Who has access to my stored signs?
Rizen Signs manages the stored materials, so clients do not have direct access to the storage facility. When you need a sign, we’ll retrieve it for you.
Can I install or remove my own signs?
Signs stored with Rizen Signs must be installed and removed by Rizen Signs. This allows us to keep your materials organized and provide a simple, convenient service from storage to installation and removal.
How do I request an installation or removal?
No. Storage and installation/removal are separate services and are charged separately.
Is installation or removal included in the storage fee?
Simply submit a service request through our Request Service page, and we’ll retrieve the appropriate sign and handle the installation or removal for you. For quick and easy access, you can also add the Request Service page to your device’s home screen.
What condition do my signs need to be in?
Signs, posts, panels, and directionals should be provided in usable condition and ready for installation. If we notice that an item is damaged or unsuitable for use, we’ll let you know.
What happens if I no longer want to use the storage service?
You can end your storage service according to the terms of your storage agreement. Your stored materials will need to be picked up within the specified timeframe, and any outstanding charges must be paid before they are retrieved.
What happens if my sign is damaged while it is stored?
Rizen Signs takes reasonable care of your signs while managing and handling them. The terms regarding damage, loss, and responsibility are outlined in the Real Estate Sign Storage & Installation Agreement.
What if something happens to my sign once it is installed?
Once your sign is installed at a property, responsibility for the sign remains with you until Rizen Signs removes it. Damage or loss caused by weather, vandalism, vehicles, property owners, tenants, contractors, or other third parties is not the responsibility of Rizen Signs.
